I have had a couple of CC instances in the past but lately they have been on point. I don’t order from the gf menu but I ask for a manager and explain and they have been helpful. Make sure they do not cook your food on the grill and that meat is not seasoned or pre-marinated.

Staff that was asked did not know what gluten was.

Given the lack of GF notations on the menu, coupled with lack of staff knowledge regarding gluten, we did not stay to eat.

A bit concerned. I am here now and they do not have a Gluten free menu. Was told any meat or veggie that isn't fried should be fine.
