Due to the nature of smoked meats, the meat is naturally gluten free, and the owner stated they do not put additives into the food. If you order a plate or the cowboy nachos you will have meat and potatoes or meat and salads to choose from. The carnivorous dieter will find the options delicious but I’m sure that there may be a little cheating involved with the bbq sauce. You can get a lb or 1/2 lb of meat on a plate! They do not have a gluten free bun but it’s not missed with the flavor of the meat.
