Let me start by saying this establishment has great food and great staff. They acknowledged having GF items on the menu, however when questioned about cross contamination procedures, they were not confident in their procedures and in fact admitted that regular buns were frilled on the same surface that all meat is prepared on. This is a great place but it for Celiac.

Dedicated fryer was being used for breaded items.

Staff was very nice. My burger on a GF bun was perfecto!! I'll be coming back on my next visit to Beaumont. Im gluten intolerant & was good to go after eating. :)

Was told the french fries were fried in a seperate fryer from onion rings at the same time I watched one of the cooks drop the rings in the same fryer as the fries.😠

we found this place through the app and decided to give it a try. had the tuna burger on gluten free bun, it was outstanding.

If you are going to have a burger, do it right and indulge. I had the Booty Burger - probably the only time I will ever find fried Boudin on a burger. Plenty of options for making the burger GF on an Udi roll.

Had #47. Watched while they took great care to keep my food safe. GF bun was toasted in a separate pan. The place is also adorable with an old airstream trailer to dine in and staff in old-timey white duds. Highly recommend!

Gluten Free Pancakes Awesome :) very large. Make sure tell them for allergy and they will make it separately from everything else.

Udie buns for the hamburger. Lots of items to make the burger the way you want it. They also serve GF pancakes for breakfast. Nothing fried is GF. This is the one and only and I hope they open one in our town. We had two burgers and two drinks $18.00 and they are now taking credit cards.

Love their burgers but expensive.
