They have no idea what's in their sushi and couldn't be bothered to find out.

Pre-made sushi has wheat for 3 different reasons: 1) soy sauce packet 2) flour to bind rice 3) soy sauce or mayo in sauces

Neither the floor associate nor the customer service desk knew and when I asked they said, "I doubt labels would help because we use flour to prepare many of our foods and so nothing can be certified"

No separate food prep area for the deli. However, they are good about substitutes for gf choices. As a celiac I still think I was glutened here. It makes me sad to say so because they are good about their product offerings.

Good selection of products. Friendly employees and nice environment in store. They had a nice variety of Liz Lovely cookies and the new Daiya gfdf cheese products. Also had a new variety of Jovial pasta i had not seen before. They did not have the Kinnickinnick brand buns I was looking for, but we can't win them all, I guess. Prices seemed reasonable and comparative to others.
