I ordered guiltless wings which are grilled chicken tenders and buffalo chips. The plain version are gluten free. There are a wide variety of options lalbed as GF for gluten free on the menu. There are also several sauce options in varying heat that are gluten free. To my knowledge there were cautions in place to prevent cross contact. The service was really good. The server was knowledgeable and friendly.
