No dedicated frier :(. I have ate The Baron with no bun or cheese (I can't have dairy) and the big chicken salad and seem to not get sick but I try not to chance it often but this is one of my picky son's favorites places to eat.

I was told they did not have gluten free. The waitress told me a salad was safe with the dressing I wanted. when we returned another waitress went back to check the dressing and said the container claimed wheat. they also said no sauces were safe for wings. This place is NOT gluten free!
Stopped in today and was told that the do not have a GF menu but they had salads. I asked the waitress about dedicated fryers for the non-breaded wings and she said yes, very definitely. Then, the manager? came out and said they did not have a dedicated fryer. In this day and age, where GF is becoming almost a household word, it's a shame that the restaurant can't take time to educate their people on how to answer the questions or even establish a dedicated fryer to accommodate us GF folks! Left disappointed and wingless.

Regular Wings w/tweener sauce favorite when ya wanna messy
Not a huge variety of gluten free options but the staff makes up for it by working diligently to identify all sources of gluten. I ended up eating grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing.
For an "average" restaurant/pub they did an excellent job. Their gluten free menu was actually just a binder with common allergens listed. It was not up to date and was not completely accurate (macaroni and cheese-wheat or milk was not listed as an allergen among many other foods). The staff at this facility was very friendly, patient, and was familiar with celiac disease and gluten intolerance. The manger even used phrases like "cross contamination" and "gluten sensitivity levels" and appeared to be educated on the important of cross contamination. There were not a ton of gluten free options but I got a juicy burger with a ton of toppings and some veggies on the side. They also have gluten free fish, chicken, and salad options.
Yes
The restaurant can only guarantee that the wings are GF. The fries are cooked with other breaded items. The salad I ordered was not really a salad but rather a very small amount of shredded lettuce with a grilled chicken breast. There were stips of veggies cut more for dipping. Chicken was good though.

The server was aware of what GF is and explained that the regular mild, medium or spicy sauce with bone in wings. She said fries were not ok due to shared fryer. They have angry orchard cider. They also have Omission beer but said the don't consider it truly GF due to the fact it's grain based. The service was a bit slow considering we were in there with one other table of 4 for a late lunch. The wings were better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Would have rated higher if they had side items that were GF. They might have them. We only asked about fries and she didn't offer a different / GF side
