Wings 'N More

This location does not have the GF protocols that one review implies.

When I asked for a GF menu, server said they didn’t have one. When I started asking about dedicated fryers, she said she’d have to ask.

She came back with a recommendation for salads or grilled chicken. She did say the wings are not breaded, and are all fried in their own fryer. I was craving wings so just took a chance and I was fine.

The wings were good but the sides were meh, and with all the uncertainty (and the stress that comes with that), I can’t recommend Wings n More. Plus, this place is really run down and the bathroom was dirty.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

I had found a gf menu for a different location and asked our waitress if it was the same for the Corpus location. She was absolutely amazing and even though she didn’t know what gluten was. We talked about it and she made sure that everything was cooked separate. Kitchen said the fries are cooked in their own fryer and the wings are cooked in a fryer that isn’t shared with any breaded items.
