I wanted to post a recent update since it’s been a few years. They still have a dedicated fryer for the wings, and will fry your fries in there as well. The wings were absolutely amazing, and I was fine afterwards. Highly recommend.

Wings cooked in separate fryer- no flour on them so they are safe. I’ve only had the hot wings, I’m not sure if other flavors are ok. They are also willing to cook fries in the wings fryer so that the fries are also gluten free and not cross contaminated

I found via the app. Great assistance from the server for gf options. The wings and fries were absolutely fantastic! I will return next time I’m in the area!

I have eaten here many times. Most of their wing sauces are gluten free and they have a dedicated fryer for their traditional wing. They will also cook your fries in the chicken fryer if you tell them you have a gluten allergy. It's still a shared kitchen but I have never had a problem, and most of the staff are knowledgeable. The fries are really awesome.
