Per their website, everything is cooked in the same oil but they filter the oil. They do not claim their food is gluten free.
My experience was great. The food is delicious and the Manager, Nathan, is well versed on their GF menu. The food came out very slowly, however.
Yes
order went in at 1:36 pm and we were told 14 minutes till order would be ready. It is now 2:12 pm. We don't have food and the staff are filling to go orders ahead of people that are dinning in. never again. staff to was rude and knew nothing about wing stops gluten free claim.
No
They have gluten free wings
This particular Wingstop doesn’t use separate fryers, so nothing is safe. Have heard some locations are accommodating, but not this one.

No gluten free options. Wings and fries are all done in same oil as breaded items. Employees would not filter oil before making my order. Not suitable for gluten free friends :(

Are able to make fries and classic wings in a separate fryer! Also most of the sauces are gluten free as well

Eat here for the dedicated wing fryer. Ok eating the wings. Tried fries once and thought it upset me, so I stick to wings now, which I believe are in a separate fryer.
I called and they can’t do gluten free for anything.
