Very very good awareness of GF celiacs. Caught some cross contamination regardless.. very hard to post a more negative review given how much knowledge the Server and Host staff had. Obviously cross contamination at a diner is extremely likely given the ingredients, but based on reviews gave it a shot. Sadly won’t be back, but experience was good, food was good, knowledge was good.. result wasn’t. Confidently safe for GF, celiacs use caution.
