I'm really not used to having so many options, it's always hard to pick which gluten-free, vegan goodies I want to eat each time I visit. The bottom shelf always has a collection of sealed boxes with baked goods like cookies, doughnuts, brownies, cupcakes, and cinnamon rolls that are baked in a gluten free bakery, then delivered to avoid contamination. The fries and current bread are not safe, but the owner is looking for gluten free wraps, buns, etc. The daily special is always gluten free when I visit, though sometimes I pick one of the other meals and bring my own bread/wrap or go without. I haven't tried the burgers yet, but they are next on my list because they sound so interesting with their vegan cheese and other interesting ingredients. I'm pretty sure the employee said they were Beyond Burgers.
The GF doughnuts, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and cupcakes are made a dedicated gluten free bakery, delivered to Wisdom Bakery in sealed containers, and kept on a specific shelf away from the regular baked goods. The doughnuts are particularly wonderful and soft compared to other companies' attempts. The special of the day is generally gluten free, and most meals can be made gluten free by ordering it without bread/wrap/bun, or by bringing your own. The owner is currently looking for appropriate GF/vegan bread options. The fries are NOT gluten free. The drinks are all (that I'm aware of) totally safe.
