I’m in Amsterdam, super sick in my hotel room because of what I ate there. I have celiac disease. WokInn supposedly has a gluten free option (rice noodles, chicken and veggies), and they state that they use a different wok pan to cook your gluten free meal.
My sensitivity/allergy is quite bad, and my body reacts almost immediately when gluten is found in food, or if there’s cross contamination. It hadn’t been even been 5 mins into my meal, and Dear Lord - you know that feeling. The guy saw my face (I turn all pale and start sweating like crazy when exposed to gluten, on top of the regular tummy and inflammation issues), and he immediately turned away and pretended to be busy. If you’re celiac like me, stay away from this place.
