Will NOT go back. Not sure if it is safe yet. Unfortunately, my reactions take 2 days now. Something in my sushi tasted really sweet not sure if it was the rice or the soy sauce. When I got it to go with my own soy sauce it tasted better so probably the soy sauce? We ate in this time at the new one in St Charles. I like the ones in Wheaton and Barrington locations better since I can taste the fish better.

I have never had a problem. Always accommodating and use separate utensils and pans. Never gotten sick, food has always been good and staff is always nice. It’s my go to “safe” restaurant ! Even has GF soy sauce (just ask!)

This restaurant is fantastic! Our server Lauren was exceptional. My husband and I both have celiac‘s disease, and sometimes have a hard time finding restaurants that are safe. Lauren made sure that everything we had was safe and gluten-free. The food was phenomenal. I ordered mahi-mahi with fried vegetable rice and my husband ordered, a red curry shrimp stirfry. Both were delicious. For dessert I ordered a ninja roll, which is a banana wrapped in pink ginger wrapped in rice, drizzled with a cream sauce. It was beautiful and so so yummy. The prices were reasonable, we didn’t wait very long for food. I had a mai tai that was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to any one with celiac’s disease. I have issues with dairy and egg in addition to celiac, and they were able to accommodate me. Neither of us had any stomach distress after. Do you do all of my allergies, my order is usually complicated and filled with lots of substitutions, Lauren was so kind and accommodating, and never made me feel badly for needing to order that way.

GF menu with lots of options including sushi, which I haven’t been able to find in 10 months. So good! They had so many options, my non-Celiac friends and I were able to all order from the GF menu and share.

They now have a gluten free desert called mango mochi. This is one of my favorite places. Last night we had a very knowledgable waitress she told us she has Celiacs.

They have gluten free soy sauce. A menu with a lot of options to choose from. The sushi is great and the teriyaki steak is another good one from the menu. Just wish they had gluten free dessert. One of my favorite place to go to eat.

I have celiac and have eaten here twice with no problems. Their gluten free menu is only available online so if you are at the restaurant, you can order from that. I just made sure the staff was aware and asked them to double check with the chef too on certain things.

I read previous review. We went in 2022 and there was gluten free options. The menu has gotten smaller. We like the wait staff. No problem with getting sick but not as clean as I would like it. I like the Wheaton location better except for parking.

They no longer have a GF menu. There are only a few items on the menu marked GF. NONE of the special sushi rolls can be made GF.
