They have a separate fryer for fries with a gluten free menu. The food was really good and our servers explained the steps they took to avoid cross contamination. I eat here very often and have never gotten sick and I am very sensitive.

Unsafe for celiac. Gluten intolerant friends, be VERY careful, ask lots of questions, and triple check with someone very knowledgeable. I ordered off of the gluten free menu and was given regular bread. I had to ask, it took awhile to get a direct answer, and they did not take it seriously.

All beer is gluten reduced and delicious! Great variety. There is a separate gluten friendly menu. No bread/buns. Separate fryer but a shared kitchen space.
