The picture on the kiosk when you order shows bone-in wings but they are actually breaded boneless so the fryer is not safe.
They dont cook the burgers buns on the grill if you want to get a bunless sandwhich.
They make pizza though so theres a chance of flour in the air causing cross contamination
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
They only cook fries and wings in the frier (and the wings are plain no gluten I read the label no breading but good to double check! ) I am celiac and got their fries here and did not get sick 🙌 menu is limited but honestly wasn't expecting to find anything in airport so I was happy with fries. They do cook breakfast pizzas in a pizza oven. So I decided against eggs with my long flight but think it would be fine as they switch gloves and the eggs are cooked in a separate pan or oven/ not cooked on the same pans as anything containing gluten but the kitchen is small. So I am always weary of pizza places as flour is airborne but would guess eggs are a fairly safe bet if you confirm the allergy. You can see the kitchen so can watch them change gloves etc, and bonus gluten free bloody mary mix when I went.
