When I asked what had gluten/dairy the waitress had no idea and handed me a chart with the allergens listed for each ingredient. Not everything was listed though and when I asked about a non-listed dressing she just shrugged at me and said, "It's probably fine." Food tasted delicious, but proceed with caution if you're very sensitive or have celiac.

This place doesn’t specify gluten free selections but our waitress let us know which dishes were gluten free and told the cooks the meal was to be made for celiac. My Cobb salad was clean and delicious.
