Had edamame and basic sushi, the Alaskan roll. Asked for gluten free soy sauce, server brought me a small dish of soy sauce. Suspect that they didn't bring out a bottle or marked packets. I am celiac, I did not get sick.

very expensive for the amount of food you get but it is always delicious and I never get sick.

I was told the white rice has gluten in it someway and that only the brown rice was safe. I had my rolls made with the brown rice and didn't get sick, so must be okay.

My favorite sushi in South Bend! They are able to make my favorites gluten free. I've never been cross contaminated here!

my husband is gf and is always able to eat safely here. they also have gf soy sauce, and the staff has never once looked at us like we had 11 heads for asking for it :)
