Gluten-free items are marked on the menu with a “G,” and the restaurant also identifies “gluten-free” items that are cooked in the same oil as food containing gluten with a “GC.”
When we put our order in after informing the waitress that our daughter had celiac, the waitress said that she could not guarantee that the gluten-free items would be safe because they are cooked on the same grills as items with gluten. She did say that she would tell the kitchen about the allergy, and that the kitchen staff would take precautions.
In short, there’s a very high risk of cross contamination. The only reason we came to eat at the restaurant was because of the 2 prior reviews from a few years ago on the Find Me Gluten-Free app that rated it with 5 stars.
