Extremely careful waitstaff. Delicious food. The artichokes contain gluten so no fries. Our waitress guided us as to what was safe and checked back with any questions that came up in the kitchen when she relayed the order. I am very sensitive with other allergies and had no problems.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable regarding every menu item. My server understood Celiac disease and warned me which items to avoid regarding cross-contamination. She warned me the kitchen would do everything they could but cautioned that cross-contamination was still possible. I had a delicious burger and salad and did not get sick.

Here at Wooden City Tacoma we try our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies without compromising the taste & quality of our dishes. Please alert your server of any allergies, they are very knowledgeable and will be able to guide you through our menu, as well as alert the kitchen.
Our kitchen will always try to be as careful as possible, however, it is important to note that we do not have a dedicated gluten-free fryer or flat-top area. We serve handmade pizzas so cross-contamination with flour is always a possibility.
