Pros: they do have GF buns and are willing to work with you in food modifications.
Cons: their cider is “gluten removed” and most likely not safe for celiacs, as they could not guarantee that all the gluten is removed from it. I chose not to risk it. Also, nothing is marked GF on the menu but they were knowledgeable/willing to ask the kitchen for clarification.
