Our waitress informed the kitchen staff of my celiac condition so they could ensure my entire meal was safe. Pizza dough is prepared separately and cooked on a pizza sheet to prevent contamination in the oven. One of the best GF crusts that I’ve had! I also got a salad that was delicious. All food was safe and I had no reaction.
