All pizzas and pasta can be gf. Pizza base is tasty and home made. They cleaned the oven of flour before cooking the gf pizza. But it is the same oven. Flavourful San marzano tomato sauce. But quality of toppings and ingredients otherwise not that great. Have gf beer on the menu but had apparently been out of it for a while.

We had a delicious meal here. The waitress was very helpful and checked for answers to questions she wasn’t sure about. A lot of gf choices.

From the owner: "We make our own gluten free pizza dough every day. We are told that this is by far, the most superior pizza crust (GF) that anyone has ever had. We also have GF pasta with ziti that is made from Chickpea Flour. In addition, we use GF flour on almost every item that requires flour in general and/ or can be made that way by requesting it. For example, cauliflower wings are battered with an Almond Milk/ Potato Starch/ GF flour mixture and fried as a type of tempura."
