I am an employee here who has celiac disease. The back of house kitchen tries their absolute best to avoid cross contamination, but of course as it’s a shared kitchen there is always a risk. We have a considerable about of gluten free baked goods and egg bites for savory food! Your best option is to get any items that are stored outside the merchandiser as that has the lowest risk of cross contamination- so the pop tarts, coffee cake, and the gf/v strawberry shortcake as that’s stored in its own clamshell. The gluten free food here is legitimately really good. Texture is amazing and the flavors are great! Be sure you ask your barista to change gloves! We have that as our standard but if we’re busy sometimes they can forget.
