Excellent sandwiches can be made with gluten free bread! Most dishes (including pad Thai salad) can be made gluten free. Kitchen and wait staff very friendly and knowledgeable about gluten allergies. One tap line dedicated to gluten free beer. Other beers (except for the hazy ones and ones that cannot be gf) are gluten reduced with an enzyme. One of the owners has Celiac's, so committed to having good options for those with food allergies.
