The staff didn’t seem to know anything about gluten when I asked them. They had a menu with items marked “gluten food”. When I asked if that meant those items contained gluten and were gluten free, he said that he wasn’t sure. Thus his the guy from the kitchen that would be preparing the food that the waitress brought out. We thanked them politely and explained that we had allergies and weren’t comfortable eating there. He actually looked relieved.
