Some GF options but not marked so you have to ask or guess a bit. Ok if you aren’t on the more strict or sensitive side.
They have an option to exclude the bun and order different sides, but it’s the same price as if you got the standard meal.

The waiter appeared to know about celiac disease. He informed me not to eat any of the fried food, but luckily the bread is grilled in a separate area from the sausages. The sides are gluten-free, but don’t get the bierwurst.
The food was delicious, but it’s a bit disappointing to pay full price but not get a bun.
