Go dedicated Gluten free menu but the staff was amazing with making accommodations. My food came out separate from the rest. The staff didn’t blink an eye at my gluten free questions

While they can’t promise no cross contamination, they do accommodate gluten free in almost everything. I had sushi with no crunch and my kids gluten free fried rice. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff as well.

Came for shared habachi with family. Told my waiter that i cant have gluten and he was extemely accommodating. I wasnt able to have the habachi that comes off the center but they made it in the back for me. The waiter also told me i cant have the salad dressing nor the soup. Apparently they get a lot of customers that cant have gluten. I was very impressed!

The only thing i wish i could have done is sat myself on the edge. There was some splashing with food distribution and i was surrounded by gluten. Otherwise, i had a great experience!

They have gluten free hibachi meals (minus the noodles, clear soup) that can be made in the kitchen and brought out when everyone else is eating. Also they brought out gluten free soy sauce. I did not try the sushi . I’m not celiac so it was fine for me. FYI they do add 18% service fee to any order. It’s clearly stated. They do give you plenty of food
