Our waiter asked if anyone at our table had a dietary restriction even before I had the chance to tell him I have Celiac. He then said “we take this very seriously”. There are items on the menu marked “made without gluten” or “can be made without gluten” . The falafel waffle looked great but the waiter pointed out this is fried in a shared frier so I couldn’t try that. I had a pan seared salmon which was very good.
