Had a pleasant experience here. Server was knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer questions for me. It is a scratch kitchen and while they are careful they couldn't guarantee a safe grill (cross contamination). We decided the safest move was a burger on a lettuce wrap (no GF breads) and they would cook it in a pan for me rather than the grill. I was able to have French fries as they have no gluten items that go in their fryers, which was a plus. The food tested GF on my Nima Tester and it was extremely delicious! Could also get salads, hummus without pita, and a few other items.

This place is very out of the way and super busy. They do not take any kind of reservation so plan to have a wait before getting in. They have one entree that is gf Peach Ginger chicken and salads. They will do other menu items like the burgers and tacos gf but they just use lettuce which is a total let down. The carrot cake is yummy but I found it a little dry and it’s almost like they used shortening in the cream cheese frosting because it’s more dense than usual. Still it’s good but I wouldn’t say it’s worthy of driving all the way out there just for the cake. It lists the address as Ivins but it’s actually in Kayenta so if you go it will feel like you are driving to the middle of the desert.

Knowledgeable, but few options. Also GF waffle is only on weekends or something. Glad I called first. Had salads, 1 main dish, and lettuce wrap for sandwiches and burgers. Not what I'd eat.
Sadly I would have tried the carrot cake, but won't drive 40 minutes just for that.
Good grilled chicken with peach chutney and roasted Brussel sprouts. The GF waffles and GF carrot cake are made from blue corn flour and delicious! It’s a regular spot for us.

Good selection of gf options. The menu is sophisticated flavors and executed well. I had the mahi cake and brussel sprouts. Both were delicious. Nice atmosphere and friendly service.
This is a weird little spot. But the fryer is a GF one, so you can eat the 'fries' and the fish cake. I had a terrible (bunless) burger. The worst burger I had in some time. My non GF friend really liked hers though. Whatever you do, don't eat here without a reservation. Even though it was very slow, they were put out by our existence.
