Review of Xin Chào

Many items are marked gluten free on the menu and many more can easily be modified by removing the fried onion strings and such. Everything I ordered was amazing. Salmon crudo and oysters for an appetizer then the pork belly and mushroom congee for an entree. Our waiter was also very careful about each item we ordered and checking with the kitchen on what we needed to modify so I could safely eat.
