Staff knowledgeable about options. Got the fried rice gluten free and the beef with seasonal vegetables. Both were very good! They even brought out a bottle of gf soy sauce for me! Will definitely go again. Just wish they had the items marked on the menu!

Server very helpful and knowledgeable about gluten free items and modifications for gf patrons. Had Pad Thai with shrimp option. Delicious, no reactions and large portions. Not a fan of raw fish and meats so options limited for me but was able to enjoy a good meal with friends.

We reviewed our sushi order twice and the girl assured us everything would be carefully made and gf! Within an hour my celiac daughter was in so much pain

Extremely knowledgeable staff knew exactly what items were celiac friendly dedicated work space. Very comfortable ordering and the sushi is the best in New Jersey. Highly recommended for celiac so many items to choose from and they will custom make sushi rolls for you also.

Let the server know you have an "allergy"/celiac and they will let the kitchen know- they take it seriously. They have gluten free soy sauce and can do fried rice or rice noodles(huge portions) and there are also sushi/raw options

I’ve been here several times and each time I have a waiter or waitress that helps me out and always delivers a delicious gf meal. They have Tamari brand soy sauce that they can prepare your meal with or for dipping your sushi in. No separate menu though, you just have to ask what they can do for you.
