The menu is very misleading. The items that indicate “GF” on the menu are NOT GF, you must ask to make it gluten free. Despite there being a GF next to Miso and Black Garlic Ramen, the broth is not gluten free due to a sesame paste that contains gluten in the broth. DO NOT order anything but the veggie ramen if you are celiac, and make sure you specify you need GF noodles.
