Had fantastic dinner and cocktails there. Outstanding service, great food and tasty drinks. Tlayuda de Res. Grilled steak, mole negro, quesillo, and greens on a very thin oversized corn tortilla. Enough for two people. Gluten free. I had no issues.

I had a very positive experience at Xochi. The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten-free precautions and cross contamination. The majority of the menu is naturally gluten free. Make sure to tell the wait staff and they will inform the chef.

Their deserts are NOT gf along with the breadcrumbs they put on one of their “pizzas” (the breadcrumbs go on after the pizza is made I believe). All of their tortillas are corn. They are very knowledgeable about what is gf and what isn’t, along with any precautions they need to take. I got one of the Mexican pizzas and the chicken enchiladas and didn’t get sick. I loved the enchiladas!

No GF menu, but staff are knowledgeable. Every item on menu is GF, except 1 item. Unfortunately, most dishes contain dairy (cheese and/or cream), making the selections slimmer for GF and dairy-free diners. My dish could have use a bit more heat (spice).

I have had a few great experiences at Xochi and never been sick. Make sure the waiter's are aware of your allergy and they will notify the chef, and always double check ingredients. Almost the entire menu is gluten free (they don't use wheat flour tortillas). I had the chicken tlayuda which was excellent!

Whole menu is gf. I still told them at the table I was Celiac bc of habit. The server informed the Chef. Everything that came to me the food runner said “*dish name* gluten free”, so they do have a system in place. Dinner was delicious as well!!

Absolutely wonderful. The food is exceptional, and about 99% of the menu is gluten free. Server was very attentive, reviewed the menu carefully with me to make sure that what I ordered was gluten free, and was very aware of cross-contamination. Don't miss this restaurant if you are in Houston.

Love, love, love this restaurant! The food is delicious and SAFE. Almost the entire menu is gluten free. I'm a very sensitive celiac, and never had a reaction after eating here. The servers and kitchen are knowledgeable and aware of cross contamination. They even have a dessert option (only one thing, but is amazing).

Absolutely fantastic. Delicious food and pretty much almost all of it is naturally gluten free. It’s possibly the best gluten free place I’ve been to in Houston in terms of flavor and accommodation.

This restaurant is apparently already mostly gluten free. My server said it’s like 99%. Not sure how accurate that is... but they had a beautiful menu of many options. I’m also dairy free, which makes eating out no fun. They were kind and understanding and he said they take food restrictions/allergies very seriously.

Staff was knowledgeable and this place was authentic Mexican food... minimum amount of flour. Pretty much the entire menu is GF and celiac safe! A few items were not. I had taquitos dorados, chicken tamal with mole and rice. I drank the Pluma and Mango Chile Paloma. Amazing!!!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of choices, but you have to ask the wait staff since they don't have a printed menu. My boyfriend and I ordered the same thing, and my plate came with alterations and substitutions to be gluten free. Food and cocktails were great!

Most of the menu items are naturally gluten-free, including the corn tortillas made in house (they do not make any wheat flour tortillas). They do not have a gluten-free menu so you will have to ask which items are safe. The food was delicious. Would definitely go back!
