Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had, pre and post celiac diagnosis. The food is life changing. The owner and all of the staff are amazing and incredibly knowledgeable about cross contact, they go above and beyond to ensure safety. The majority of the menu is gluten free outside of a few items. They can also accommodate dairy free and peanut free. They have a dedicated fryer, and can clean their prep space, utensils etc. and use dedicated cookware to prepare your meal to avoid any cross contact with gluten. I tried the chips and salsa, guacamole, ceviche, steak, sopes, shrimp tacos, chicken fajitas with house made corn tortillas, lamb and flan. Everything was AMAZING. This place is a true hidden gem of Chicago.
