Most of the menu is gluten-free with the exception of desserts, tortas, beer cheese, molletes, and the breakfast burrito. They have a dedicated fryer for chips so they are safe to eat. The food tested safe with my NIMA Sensor. I made sure to tell them that I have a "Gluten Allergy" and they included it on the ticket. I tested the chips, Tomatillo Salsa, Roja Salsa, and 7 Chiles Queso. Additionally, I tested the Carne Asada Tacos with 7 Chiles Salsa. The tacos were just okay, but they were safe, which is what is important. The chips were delicious! The Tomatillo and Roja sauces were good as well.
