They are knowledgable about GF foods and helpful in ordering. I had never had this type of food before and it was pretty good.
I love this place! In asking questions I learned that the area they use to make the rice bowl food is safe from flour since they don't use any in those dishes. The baking occurs in a different area of the kitchen. Dragon tails are made there so a possibility of cross contamination on those.
Very knowledgable about vegan vs. Vegetarian vs. Gluten-free foods. I was grateful for their attentiveness to my order. However, there is a big possibility for cross-contamination because the kitchen is small and they cook most items in the same area. If you are celiac this is not the place for you but if you have gluten intolerance you can eat here easily.
