Although the fries are gluten free servers are happy to ignore any protocols, not wash hands or wear gloves when handling GF orders despite having conversation with chef. When corrected they provided a much smaller portion than the others being sent out.

Quick service Yak and Yeti- not the restaurant, but it’s right next to it. The potatoes are gluten free and fried in a separate frier. It took some time but eventually the chef came out and talked to me. The breakfast bowls are gluten free and fast. Not amazing food by any means but fast and easy. I have celiac and am very sensitive. Also, it opens at 9am.
