Hamburgers are amazing, Yak Shack will happily not add non gf items to your burger- ie onion fries. Not a dedicated fryer. I saw rice and quinoa bowls on the menu.

Darling little burger joint in Mount Shasta. Outdoor dining but cute patio that is kid and dog friendly. Gluten free options for breakfast and lunch and dinner. Burgers are amazing and have a gluten free option.
