Yama Asian Cuisine

Very pricy.

I needed somewhere to eat dinner tonight after an appt in Lake Worth. Me and my girlfriend walked in and out of restaurants asking for gluten free menus. So many people were very inconsiderate to my question. Even though Yama doesn't have a dedicated gluten free menu they're knowledgable. Main thing is their soy sauce. So the extremely friendly hostess went back to see if their pad thai was made with soy sauce and it wasn't! It was very yummy too. While I was waiting for my takeout order, the very nice sushi chef made me a gluten free roll to sample ;) I trust eating there over so many other places who claim they're gluten free!
