This sushi is perfection. Hands down - the best sushi in Annapolis. Beautifully renovated. Staff is very knowledgeable.

Provided gluten free soy sauce when requested.

Did not have a separate gluten free menu, but knew all gluten free items. Our server informed the chef that I had a gluten allergy right away. They have gluten free soy sauce. I also went there while pregnant and they were able to tell me what rolls contained cooked seafood - satisfied my pregnant craving and no sickness!

server was knowledgeable about items on the menu that contained gluten. he was unsure of the ginger salad dressing, so he brought rice vinegar instead.

Knowledgeable staff ensures orders are gluten free for those with the need. Items like gluten free soy sauce and gluten free crab stick are always available.
