Waitress seemed unsure about what was or was not gluten free. She came out and asked me if one ingredient was or was not gluten free.

Only sushi seem to have gluten free options. Waitress said all kitchen items contained gluten.

The server was awesome in helping us avoid gluten! Everything was delicious! The portions are HUGE!!! I suggest sharing whatever you order including the appetizers!

Yes

Very helpful and knowledgeable, and much of the menu is gluten free or modified to be. GF soy sauce at no charge, and many rolls are modified to suit. Manager has done her homework on how to accommodate GF, and portions are huge.
