Review of Yamato

Yamato offers gluten free soy sauce. They were able to make our entire hibachi table with GF soy sauce! We had such a great experience and delicious food. I ordered the Shrimp with fried rice and felt great afterwards. Make sure to avoid the typical hibachi items that contain gluten (miso soup, salad starter, sauces, etc.).
