Was able to order the standard roles that you would assume are gluten free (salmon roll, Philadelphia roll, shrimp roll, spicy crawfish roll, and tuna roll). Staff took measures to ensure that there was no cross-contamination like changing their gloves and the kitchen manager was also involved in the process. While there weren't a lot of gluten-free options it was definitely worth the money for two people to get some pretty good sushi. If you're going here definitely get the Philadelphia roll!
