I stopped in after hearing about the flagship lineup all being brewed with brewer’s clarity. At the bar I was happy to hear that now ALL of their beers are brewed with clarity and there’s a staff member who’s celiac who hasn’t had reactions to any beer. I’m happy to say after 2 all over the map flights I haven’t either. The bar staff still advised to steer clear of straight wheat beers just in case. Their level of knowledge and honesty is awesome. 10/10 will spend way too much money here from now on!

— Excellent

Actually I have celiac and I am able to drink these beers! (Heard from another celiac bc I too didn’t think they were safe) have never had a reaction. A lot of the food can be modified to be GF … I.e. chicken cheesesteak but on corn tortillas (my fave). They’re knowledgeable so just ask!

All beer is gluten free!!! (0.001%), not safe for celiac but amazing for gluten sensitive people. Great beer
