There are many options of fro-yo not containing gluten and staff is willing to get toppings from back to avoid contamination.

Fro Yo shop. Almost everything is GF. Items that are not GF are marker. Dairy free options. I avoided most mix ins just to be safe. Very friendly & helpful staff.
