Good. Very good gluten free soy sauce. Good options for gluten free. No gf beer and no gf soup

I have celiac, and I’ve eaten here once a week for a full year and have never once been glutened. The sushi is amazing, they’re really careful with their prep and cross contamination, and they have the friendliest staff ever. Love it here!
