I called in advance and the person I talked to was extremely knowledgeable on gluten. I ordered from the hibachi menu and asked that everything be steamed (the rice, vegetables and shrimp) with no soy sauce (even though they told me that they have a GF soy sauce, I wanted to be extra careful). They prepared my food separately in the back. It was really good but I'm not sure if somehow a piece of broccoli with soy sauce made it's way onto my plate. I got pretty sick after eating.
