I ate here once while in town for a conference. (It's walking distance from the convention center.) It's a small food truck offering omelets and breakfast sandwiches with grits on the side. Although he doesn't have dedicated space, the cook is friendly and happy to help. I had an omelet with grits- tasted great and no stomach issues. Note: only takes cash.
