Soybean oil is used on the grill and in the friers. Grill can be wiped down prior to cooking your food but cross contamination is possible.
Gluten-free bread contains xantham gums.

Excellent choice for Celiac. They are aware and the servers are an excellent source and if they do not know they go and ask the kitchen staff for assistance.

My server was extremely helpful and careful to make sure I did not get glutened. The food was good. They offer GF bagels and toast with an up charge but menus did not have a GF indicator and there was no written allergen information available.
