Wheat-free ramen noodles available, and their Shoyu broth is gluten free. Others may be, I'm not sure. Must omit the chashu, but the wagu is gluten free. Just also omit the bamboo and egg, as they contain soy. Not the greatest gluten free noodles, but it's hard to find gluten free ramen anywhere
